Applications are now open for the 2024-2025 school year!

To submit an application for admission, you will need to create a TADS account using the button below. Your application will be considered for admission once you have completed the following:

1.     Submit the TADS online application and $30 application fee 

2.     Provide the following required documents to OLV:

a.    Student Questionnaire

b.    Math Teacher Questionnaire and English Teacher Questionnaire

3. Fill out and send the Request for Student Records form to your current school. Your school should send OLV the required records.

The application, fee payment, and document submission are all accessed through TADS. Forms for the required documents can be downloaded from TADS.

For the 2023-2024 school year, please note: We are accepting applications for transfer students entering 9th through 12th grades for the 2023-2024 school year.
