OLV STUDENT ATHLETICS INTEREST FORM
Please fill out the interest form for the upcoming 2027-2028 sport seasons. We plan to bring back Girl’s Volleyball, coed Cross Country, boy’s and girl’s basketball and strength and conditioning. It helps to see how many are interested to start figuring out logistics, especially size of teams, uniforms, etc. We are trying to add one boys sport and one girls sport option for our 2027-2028 school year. This form helps us help you!
