OUR LADY OF VICTORY Board and Officers
Dr. R. Jared Staudt serves as Director of Formation for the Archdiocese of Denver and teaches at the Augustine Institute. He has worked in education in a number of capacities: teaching on the graduate and undergraduate levels, working in the Office of Catholic Schools and serving as Academic Dean, Director of Catholic Studies, and Director of Religious Education in two parishes. Dr. Staudt has led training sessions for teachers in the areas of the liberal arts, leadership, and Catholic mission and identity. He is a Benedictine oblate and the father of six children.
Dave Holman is a partner in the trial group of Davis Graham & Stubbs LLP. Hailing from Montana, Mr. Holman is a graduate of Providence College (B.A., history), the University of Chicago (M.A., social sciences), and the College of William & Mary Law School (J.D.). Between graduate school and law school, Mr. Holman worked as a reporter in Washington, D.C. After law school, Mr. Holman served as a law clerk for Judge Paul J. Kelly, Jr. of the U.S. Court of Appeals for the Tenth Circuit in Santa Fe, New Mexico. In 2014, the Holman Family moved to Littleton, where they are parishioners at St. Mary Catholic Church. Mr. Holman and his wife Jane have five children.
Rosemary Vander Weele is President of Our Lady of Lourdes Classical Catholic School in Denver. She earned her undergraduate degree from Franciscan University of Steubenville and graduate degrees in theology from the Augustine Institute and educational administration from Regis University. She became principal of Our Lady of Lourdes in 2011 and led the school from an enrollment of under a hundred to more than two hundred on two distinct campuses. She serves as a consultant for other schools across the country through the Institute for Catholic Liberal Education. She and her husband, Jon, are expecting their first child.
Lyle Bauman is a manager in the consulting practice Plante & Moran, PLLC, a national accounting and consulting firm. He focuses on serving clients in a financial accounting capacity, ranging from setting up and implementation of accounting systems to transactional accounting support, and financial statement preparation and analysis. Lyle has over eight years of experience in public accounting, serving clients across numerous industries, both for- and non-profit. He has consulted for a number of Catholic organizations to assist them with financial accounting processes, procedures, and reporting. He holds a Master of Accounting and a Bachelor of Science in Accounting from the University of Denver. Lyle and his wife Tara have five children and live in Centennial, CO where they are parishioners of St. Mary Catholic Parish.
