The 3rd annual VTC camp was another great success! Thank you to all who participated and thank you to our camp sponsor, Grow the Kingdom Gym. We changed the format for this years camp and were able to use GTK so our athletes could get under some weights and learn proper lifting technique.

We are excited to bring back Strength and Conditioning this Spring. We will have a girls group and a boys group. Each group is limited to 16 participants and will be on a first come, first serve basis. Groups will workout on available Mondays, Wednesdays and Fridays after school.
