At Chesterton Academy of Our Lady of Victory, admissions are competitive, but our approach is deeply holistic. We seek young men and women who are eager to encounter the goodness, beauty, and truth woven into God’s creation and who want to pursue a virtuous life of faith and service. While academic ability matters, we place even greater value on character, curiosity, and a genuine desire to grow in wisdom and holiness.
Step 1: Schedule a Visit!
The first step to discerning whether Our Lady of Victory is a great fit for your family and student is to come visit and experience the Chesterton difference! There are three different kinds of events for families to learn more about OLV. Interested parents should plan to attend one (or more!) of these to learn about our classical curriculum, our approach to Catholic formation, and what makes a Chesterton Academy unique.
-
During a Shadow Day, your 8th-grade student is individually paired with a Student Ambassador (a current OLV freshman) to experience our classes and joyful atmosphere.
Shadow days are held twice a month, starting in September. Parents may choose a full day or a half day.
Dates are still being set for the upcoming school year, but will be finalized shortly. Once solidified, an RSVP link will be found here.
-
Ideal for parents, the Open House will consist of a tour of our brand new campus, a presentation about our school, and ample opportunity for Q&A with our Headmaster and faculty.
Our Open House will take place on Saturday, September 19 from 1:00 - 3:00 p.m.
Come and learn about our classical curriculum, our approach to Catholic formation, and the particular joy that permeates OLV.
You can RSVP from this link!
If you are unable to attend, please reach out to our admissions team at admissions@ourladyofvictorydenver.com. We will happily schedule a personal meeting and tour of the school.
-
At these informal, morning gatherings, prospective parents gather with current parents, our Admissions Director, and our Headmaster over cups of warm coffee to “ask anything” about Our Lady of Victory.
Hear about current families’ experiences with OLV’s academics and student formation and get to know the community.
Our Prospective Parent Coffees take place in the winter, and they are still being scheduled. Once they are scheduled, you will be able to RSVP here! These events will take place at OLV.
Step 2: Submit an application
Our Lady of Victory uses TADS for our online admissions application, enrollment, and tuition management. To submit an application for admission, you will need to create a TADS account. Once your application is complete, we will contact you to set up an interview and update you on all remaining required documents.
N.B., The application for the 2027-28 school year opens on Our Lady’s birthday, September 8th, 2026!
Step 3: Register for the High School Placement Test (HSPT)
OLV requires all incoming freshmen to take and submit results from the HSPT. The HSPT will be held at Our Lady of Victory on December 5, 2026.
Step 4: Interview
Shortly after your application is complete, you will be contacted via email from our admissions team to set up an interview with the Headmaster. For new families, both parents are required to attend the interview with the student. Only one parent is required to attend if the applicant is a member of a current family.
Step 5: Receive an Admissions Decision
You will receive an email from our admissions team communicating a decision about your child’s admission.
First round admission decisions will be sent on January 6, 2027, with rolling admissions decisions thereafter until our freshman enrollment is filled.
Step 6: Enroll To Secure Your Seat and Apply for Financial Aid
If your student is accepted, our Admissions Team will guide you in completing the necessary enrollment forms and a tuition agreement. Enrollment must be completed and registration fees paid by February 19, 2027 to avoid possible forfeiture of your student’s seat. Your tuition agreement is signed at the same time you enroll.
The financial aid application process is detailed at the link below. We realize you will be asked to complete the tuition agreement before a decision on your FACTS application for financial aid (including ACE Scholarships) has been communicated to you. Thanks to the goodness of our patroness and the generosity of our benefactors, no student has been unable to attend OLV due to an inability to pay or due to receiving inadequate financial aid. Our Admissions Team will work closely with you to help make an OLV education attainable for your student
Please communicate frequently with Maddie Wofford, Director of Admissions and Marketing, at admissions@ourladyofvictorydenver.com if you have questions or issues.
