STUDENT ATHLETICS REGISTRATION FORM

Spring sport registration is now Open. More detailed information on Fall sports can be found on the “Athletics” page. Please email athletics@ourladyofvictorydenver.com with any questions.

 

After submitting your child’s registration, please complete the following steps:

  1. Download and complete the Physical Form. The Waiver will be updated this summer. Email scanned completed forms to athletics@ourladyofvictorydenver.com

2. Fall sports will have the following fees. Please deliver a check or cash to Delaney Nalen at the first day of school. Checks are to be made out to “Our Lady of Victory.”

Girls Volleyball - $310

Cross Country - $175
