Chesterton Academy of Our Lady of Victory is committed to affordable education for all families. We encourage all families to apply for OLV financial aid and the ACE scholarship, even if you believe you may not qualify. We are grateful that no student who was accepted and desired to attend OLV has been turned away due to financial factors. Chesterton Academy of Our Lady of Victory admits and provides financial aid to students of any race, color, and national or ethnic origin.

 
 

Applying for financial aid at Chesterton Academy of Our Lady of Victory is a two-step process. Carefully read the instructions below. Please contact admissions@ourladyofvictorydenver.com if you have any questions regarding OLV's Financial Aid program.

Step 1: Apply for OLV Financial Aid

Like other private schools, we use the FACTS Financial Aid application for financial aid award analysis. Applications for OLV Financial Aid open on December 6, 2025.

You may begin an application for financial aid before receiving an acceptance letter, however, only those families who have completed the enrollment process and the FACTS application, including uploading your 2024 tax return and 2025 W-2’s to FACTS, can receive a financial aid award. Further, you must submit your financial aid application including supporting documents at least 4 weeks prior to receiving an award letter.

Financial aid awards will be communicated in two phases, based on your enrollment choice:

  • If you enroll by February 16, financial aid awards will be communicated on March 6.

  • If you enroll by March 13, financial aid awards will be communicated on March 27.

For either phase, your financial aid application must be submitted through FACTS, along with all required supporting tax documents. We recommend submitting your application and all supporting documents at least four weeks before the award communication date. This will allow sufficient time for FACTS to verify your application and for OLV to review and make a decision.

Applicants for financial aid who miss these two award periods will be considered as available funds permit.

Step 2: Apply for an ACE Scholarship

All families who apply to OLV for financial aid may also apply to ACE Colorado. Completing the ACE application also gives access to the Schmitz Family Foundation Scholarship. Families will not have to pay another application fee to apply to ACE after applying to OLV.

Applications for ACE Scholarships in Colorado open on February 2, 2026 and close on April 15, 2026. The ACE application process in FACTS requires a separate application from the application you submitted for OLV. Please read through the steps below:

  1. To apply, visit the ACE Colorado Application.

    • Important: If you have already applied to OLV, use your same username and password to sign in to avoid paying the application fee again.

  2. In the ACE application, you will have to choose Chesterton Academy of Our Lady of Victory as an additional school so that we can receive updates on your ACE application status.

  3. You will be required to upload your 2025 tax return to the ACE application by April 15th.

Financial Aid Timeline

  • December 6: OLV Financial Aid applications open through FACTS

  • January 30: First deadline to complete OLV financial aid applications through FACTS in order to be considered for the first round of financial aid awards to be sent on March 6.

  • February 16: First Enrollment Deadline for new and transfer students to receive financial aid awards on March 6th.

  • February 2: ACE Scholarship applications open through FACTS

  • March 6: OLV Financial Aid award letters sent if enrolled by February 16th.

  • March 13: Enrollment Deadline for new and transfer students.

    • IMPORTANT: Failure to meet the Enrollment Deadline of March 13th means your student’s seat may be offered to another prospective student. To meet the deadline, Enrollment forms, Tuition Agreements, and Registration fees must be completed and paid.   • March 27: OLV Financial Aid award letters sent if enrolled by March 13th.
