  • The Murph Challenge is traditionally done on Memorial Day in remembrance of Michael Murphy and other veterans who have made the ultimate sacrifice. The Murph Challenge consists of the following:

    • 1 mile run

    • 100 pull-ups

    • 200 push-ups

    • 300 squats

    • 1 mile run

This is to be performed for time but we will be doing for completion. Depending on your training level the amount can be modified. We will all run the mile and then circuit through the three movements until all are completed then perform the final mile. Both miles will be ran outside while the movements will be done inside the gym.

Join Coach Jayce for this free event and offer up this grueling workout for our military and their families, both in gratitude and for safety. Please RSVP at:
