INFORMATION & UPDATES

  • Dear Friends and Families of Our Lady of Victory,

    We did it!

As all of you likely know by now, on Monday, June 8th, we officially closed on our new campus. Throughout the week, parent and student volunteers have been hard at work moving furniture, organizing supply closets, patching and painting walls, and helping transform this new space into a home for OLV.

While our new campus includes ample classroom space, a well-provisioned stage for our drama productions, a place for daily Mass for our whole school (and parents!), and room for a future adoration chapel, perhaps its most immediately striking feature is the abundance of green space and the incredible canopy of mature trees.

OLV students have always loved taking advantage of good weather by eating lunch outside, playing games, and simply enjoying time together in the sun. At our previous campus, we made do with what we had: a few small patches of grass and a parking lot. At our new home, students will finally have a campus that invites that kind of life together, with places to gather, walk, play, read, and enjoy moments of leisure and friendship beneath the shade of those trees.

The Lord is good to Our Lady of Victory, and so too are our families and benefactors. While there is still much work to be done, this is a fitting moment to pause in gratitude for all that He has accomplished in and through our school. I hope that you will join me in that prayer of gratitude this week.

    Peace in Christ,
    Randy

  • We are excited to announce that Matt Miller will be joining the OLV staff as our next Director of Mission Advancement!

As the parent of two OLV alums and a former OLV Board member, Matt brings a deep knowledge and love for Our Lady of Victory, along with an extensive sales background, to this role. In his time on our Board of Trustees, Matt worked tirelessly behind the scenes to further our development efforts, and we are excited for him to step into this role at such a crucial time in our school's history.

    Welcome aboard, Matt!

  • On Monday of this week, June 12, we officially closed on the property that will be our permanent home. Thank you to the many who have already helped us in our move!

We have already shared with you that our major moving day will take place on Saturday, June 13th.‍ ‍

Additionally: We have moving trucks scheduled to arrive at LCC on Friday, 6/12 at 1:00 PM to help transport heavy furniture to the new campus. While we are grateful to have the trucks, we will need volunteers to help load and unload them. To that end, we’ve opened additional spots on our moving Sign Up Genius from 1:00 to 4:00 PM and are looking for 10-20 people to help us load and unload the trucks:

If you are available and willing to lend a hand, we would be very grateful.

We are also in need of a few supplies, especially if families are willing to label and loan them to OLV for a couple of weeks: Shop vacuums, Dollies, Drills

If you are able to help with tools or equipment, please let us know.

And if you're not around this weekend, I assure you that there will be plenty of additional opportunities to help us out over the summer :)

  • This Monday, we closed on the property that will be our new, permanent home. We could not be more excited or more grateful to God, our beloved Patroness, our generous benefactors, and the countless members of our community who worked tirelessly to make this happen! May Our Lady of Victory exist for years to come, and may we do so in a way that honors the sacrifices of so many.

You are free to share in the excitement by coming by to visit the new campus! Staff members will be at the school from 9am - 3pm on weekdays, and we will be happy to show you around then. Come expecting a beautiful campus that has been freshly inhabited and is not yet entirely settled. :)

  • The sprit wear store is officially open for back-to-school orders! For new families who might be unfamiliar with our spirit wear ordering process, OLV merchandise is produced through a company called BornFit, and is only available for purchase at certain times of the the year.

All orders placed before Friday, July 10 will arrive at OLV the first week of school, August 17. Please reach out to Maddie Wofford if you have any questions!

  • Registration for Fall sports is currently open. Current sports to be offered are Girls Volleyball and Coed Cross Country. Details will be up on the athletics web page and updated as the planning progresses.

We want to get early registration going because both these sports will have summer communications and begin practicing prior to the official start of the academic school year.

Registration is due Thursday, July 23. This deadline gives two weeks to handle transfer paperwork, medical documentation, and it also gives coaches enough time to get their grasp on team sizes.

If you have any questions please email the new athletics email (athletics@ourladyofvictorydenver.com).

  • Dear Parents of Rising Sophomores,

Looking forward to next year, there are two possible math classes: Algebra 1 or Algebra 2. Placements will be made by referencing your students' application materials and whether or not they successfully completed an Algebra 1 course prior to their admittance at OLV. If we have a record of that they will be placed in Algebra 2 next year, if we do not, they will be placed in Algebra 1. For those expecting placement in Algebra 2, it would be wise for your student to spend time this summer brushing up on Algebra 1 skills after taking a break with Geometry. A good resource can be found here, Khan Academy's Algebra 1 materials. At the beginning of next school year a pre-test will be given to the Algebra 2 students to verify placement.

If you expect your student to be placed in Algebra 2 but would prefer them to be in Algebra 1 please let us know so we can take that into consideration.

Please direct any other questions about this to Mr. Buechler and Mr. Aust.

  • Juniors at Our Lady of Victory have the option to continue in Latin or switch to Spanish. Please note that the class that your student is enrolled in for 2026-27 will also be the class that they take as a senior during the 2027-28 school year (i.e., all junior students who enroll in Latin III will be expected to take Latin IV as a senior, and all junior students who enroll in Spanish I will be expected to take Spanish II as a senior). If you haven't already, please fill out this form at your convenience.

If you haven't already, please fill out this form to indicate your student’s preferred course selection for next year. If we do not receive a form for your student, our math teachers will simply place them where they believe that they belong. Thank you!
